Location is required for secure login verification. It ensures that only authorized users access the portal. Location is only used at the time of login — we do not track you continuously.

Yes, ILMA STEP Admin is completely free to download and use for ILMA University students and staff.

Go to the Requests tab → tap the "+" button → choose your request type from the list → fill out the form → submit.

Go to the Accounts tab. Your outstanding balance, total dues, and payment history are shown there.

All available request types are listed in the Request Menu. You can search by name. Types are loaded directly from the university system.

Yes, ILMA STEP Admin is available on both Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS).

It means your request has been processed and a response has been provided.

Processing times vary. The app shows live status: Pending → Processing → Concluded / Replied.

Go to your phone's Settings → Apps → ILMA STEP → Notifications → ensure notifications are enabled.
