Terms and conditions for using ILMA STEP Admin
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. ACCEPTANCE
By using ILMA STEP Admin, you agree to these Terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This app is exclusively for enrolled students and active employees of ILMA University.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep your credentials confidential
- Do not share your account with others
- Enable location services when prompted (required for login)
- Report suspicious activity immediately
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the app
- Use the app to submit false or fraudulent requests
- Bypass location verification
5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
ILMA STEP Admin is available Monday to Saturday, 10am–7pm for request submissions. The app may be unavailable during maintenance.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design, and code is the property of ILMA University.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ILMA University is not liable for any loss arising from temporary service unavailability.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
